Memory training. connected thinking. logical linkages.
Preparing your children's brain for the future.
Children today are bombarded with a flood of information. If a child does not know how to process this information, then he or she may become anxious, overwhelmed, and stressed.Such overwhelm may result in reading without understanding, passing a program without mastering the knowledge, and memorizing without comprehension.
We need to adapt to this overwhelm.
Our classes teach your children to do just that.
Group
Classes
Our group classes are different from standard schooling in that we train not to a curriculum, but we train SKILLS that will be used in the real world. Our classes pull challenges from various subjects, including: math, physics, reading, astronomy, etc.We train for practical skills and teach children to question, find new paths, and identify the main problem at hand. We teach PROBLEM SOLVING via attention to details. Our classes are organized to maximize learning potential.
Each semester is 4 months long; each course has 3 semesters (full course is 12 months).
Classes are organized by three age levels of classes; children are surrounded by others that are similar in their development.
Classes are kept small to ensure that each child receives ample attention (maximum 4 children).
Classes are limited in time to 60 minutes to keep children's engagement.
kinesthetic learning
A child learns best in play. Education games with a guide allow for children to be met where they are comfortable .Physically writing / drawing allows children to remember up to 70% of the material.Visual methods of learning use the head, eyes and ears. After drawing, the child’s memory retains not only the image, but also the process of creating the image, which means that the effect of awareness of actions is multiplied.Over time, this becomes a stable skill of systematization of information of an unfamiliar task or scientific problem. Our classes use various visual methods, such as:
Puzzles which help to improve their memory and spatial recognition.
Mazes teach kids to see the "big picture" as well as the details
Reading questions ask not if they have read the text, but focus on what they have understood and absorbed

Solving non-standard tasks of various orientations and complexity increases a child's confidence. Combination of challenges from various fields (mathematics, biology, history) help the child to form a holistic picture of the world.Children enjoy the games and find that their schoolwork becomes easier to accomplish. Being surrounded by equally smart children also helps to keep the fun, motivated and competitive spirit strong!Parents are delighted as they see their child excelling and enjoying their newfound confidence in and outside the classroom!
Children who have completed our program have improved critical questioning, memory retention, and individual thinking.
Comprehension and reading skills are often improved as is the ability to concentrate and stay on a task.
Most importantly, the skills they learn in class are able to be translated outside the classroom!
"Paul has loved these classes so much, he even makes sure that we are 10 minutes early so that he doesn't miss them. He's NEVER early to his school classes!" - Mother of one child
"One pleasant side effect of these classes have been that my (previously messy) child all of a sudden wants to CLEAN HIS ROOM!" - Parents of a student
Your brain is a muscle. It requires constant use, challenges, and new things. There are many ways to learn (visual, auditory, tactile). The best way to combine all three? Through games, puzzles and story telling.
